I was born March 21 1983 in Lubbock TX around 430 in the afternoon. I was put up for adoption with Smithlawn adoption agency out of Lubbock. My adoption was finalized on March 25 1983. I want to contact my birth parents to thank them for giving me a wonderful life. And to get information due to my health issues. Plus I would love to learn if I have any half brothers or sisters as I was raised an only child. Thanks.
