Records are sealed i think she was born in Dallas Tx at DOCTORS HOSPITAL. but i think they chave since changed the name of hospital. Real mothers name is Raquel "rachel Aguilar. Married last name was WARD. Fathers name is Jerry Don Ward. He has since passed away. We have 5 brothers and 3 sisters she is missing and we are dying to find her but cant get help since its a sealed adoption.
