I was told I was born in a Sugar Land hospital‚ birth certificate says Houston‚ Harris County. Born shortly before midnight. Adopted at 3 days old. Told my mother was 15 or 16‚ no information on my father. Private adoption through doctor/attorney. Doctor has passed‚ no known records kept. No information on attorney. I have had many health problems as an adult and hoping I can find some information on my parent’s health history.
