I was adopted privately by my adopted father who is a lawyer. I was born at the Texas woman’s hospital in Houston July 30, 1979. He adopted me while my birth mother was pregnant with me. They found each other through friends of friends of friends. My adopted father kept in contact with my birth mother supposedly for around a year after my birth and then lost contact with her.
