Report said healthy baby boy‚ 6lbs 9oz‚ 19 1/2 long. Hospital report stated hematoma on right rear flank. This was a closed adoption‚ adopted at birth through The Gladney Center for Adoption Agency. Baby was dismissed from the hospital 2-16-1968.
