Father of adopted child’s mother was a Major in the Canadian Army and was stationed at Ft. Bliss, TX as a liaison officer. Mother of child was a nursing student at Hotel Dieu School of Nursing that was ran by the Catholic church. I was discharged from the US Army in 1970 and met the mother. I began studying at UTEP in El Paso and she began her studies in 1970. I was originally from Tampa, Florida. Child was born July 31st at either Hotel Dieu or William Beaumont hospital.
