I was told that born in Lubbock Texas 1968. My birth certificate says that I was born at home and that my aunt delivered me. Yet I know for a fact that at the time she was 8 1/2 months pregnant and living in Mexico . My birth certificate was not issued till Jan 1969. To Pedro and Cheryl Moreno. I was told when I was 32yrs old that my birth mother’s name was Esperanza Garcia (Hope Garcia ) The story’s changes every time I asked about the adoption. I once was told that my parents worked in the cotton fields another time my father was in preaching school. But don’t really know. They are dead now and so is my aunt.
