My husband was born October 31, 1998 in San Antonio, Texas, mother we have a name of Lisa Smith but unsure if that’s true with an older son with the name Leon, again not sure on the names if true to person or not. Was adopted by a Mary Jane and Michael Wilson about two weeks after birth. We don’t know a whole lot at all unfortunately we do know the agency he was adopted through has closed down.
