Hello, I was born in Ft Worth Texas at Duncan Memorial Hospital on September 5th 1975- 9/5/75 I was adopted through the Edna Gladney Adoption Agency and am in search of my birth mother/family/siblings. I am not sure if the exact date on my birth certificate is accurate but I am sure that I was born in September Please contact me if you think you might be related or have any information that might help.
