I’m looking for my niece and nephew Samantha and Kody LINCICOME Born in Amarillo TX Sam in 1993 or 94 Kody 1995 there moms maiden name Kristina Diez was 17-18 dads kenneth Lee LINCICOME was 18-19 I was 14 so I’m not sure of Kody and Sam’s birthday but Sam was older by about a year it was Randall county Texas that took them The State snatched them in 1997 over a allegation of abuse that supposedly happened in 1995 I believe they were adopted in 1998 even though the grandma tried getting them but the judge denied her the dad ‚ my brother Kenneth LINCICOME was convicted of a no-crime conviction and has been in prison since 1998 If I can find Kody he is proof that will get my brother exonerated and would love to meet my niece and nephew again
