I was born in September 07,1964 at John Sealy Hospital in Galveston TX. My birth mother ( Maria E. Maldonado) gave me up at birth. The adoption place was in Brazoria County Child Welfare Unit case # 45,030 District Court of Brazoria County. I was adopted on 9th day of April 1965 to Ricardo Ramirez Delgado & Irma M Delgado. When I was 15 years old I learn I had been adopted. At the age of 18 when my adopted parents were going through a divorce my father told me I may be his biological daughter. He had an affair with my birth mother while being married, so it was kept a secret from my adopted mother. I discover that my birth mother had other children aprox 8-9 and I was the youngest and the only one given up for adoption. I also learn that back in the days she lived in Hitchcock Texas and work at a bar. My adopted father was a womanizer so has an affair with my birth mother. My adopted father has been holding back on telling me more about her and every time I bring the subject he shuts down to point where I believe he holding back some dark secret. He has told me in the past gotten married had children now all grown up he still won’t talk about it without getting emotional and shutting down. I don’t believe I look anything like my dad nor do my family. A few years ago I did some research at the main library using their microfilm and found out information of Maldonado E INF OF GALVESTON SEPT 7 state file #154900 which is the same as my Certificate of birth Birth No. 142-64-154900 State of Texas County of Travis issued Nov 21, 1966
