The adopted child would of been born in Waco, Texas at Hillcrest Hospital in 1965 or 1966. This person would be the oldest living child of my mom’s. She has passed away this year and I found out about another child before me by obtaining an original certified copy of my own birth certificate. There wasn’t a father’s name for this child. My mom’s would of been 15 or, 16 yrs old.
