My adoption was kept a secret from me, by my family. I’m not upset. But, I would like to "know" about any siblings and "DNA-family" I have. I recently asked for a birth certificate. It wasn’t the first time I asked for a copy. But, this is the first time I was sent a page along with the certificate that had an adoption number (169227, B/C 142-69-119283). I was born in Bell County, Texas... at Scott White hospital.
