I am looking for my younger brother. He was given the name Aaron by his current parents Julie and Bruno. His father was a police officer and his mother a school teacher. He was adopted from San Antonio‚ Texas and last we heard they lived in New York state. We were in contact for a few years and his family sent us baby pictures which I still have‚ a few years later they also adopted a little girl from San Antonio‚ Texas named Megan. His birth mother is Cassandra Ray. He has 2 older biological siblings Me‚ Catherine I am 5 years older and Oliver who is 2 years older. The agency lied and said it was an open adoption but only allowed limited contact through their mailing system without any personal information shared until ultimately they shut down unexpectedly scamming many and left all of the families involved in the dark including my own about how to get in contact with our family members again.
