I believe my birth father’s name was McCormick. I was told my birth mother was living in Colorado & she may have been an adoptee also. Her older brother was in the military stationed in San Antonio TX which is where I was born. About 5 +/- years ago I did a test on 23&ME & showed about a 35% genetic match with a woman on that site. I messaged her & she obviously wanted nothing to do with it. I was sent some information by one of her daughters which I thanked her for, but did not want to cause an uproar in their family so I did not pursue it. I have enjoyed a wonderful life, but I’m getting older (66) & would just like to know my beginnings.
