The name given at birth was Cliff Nelson Sims. Born on 12/13/1985 to a 15 year old girl, my mother. Birth was at Arkland Hospital in Dallas Tx. Was given up for adoption in March of 1986. She believes the adoptive parents names were Dick & Julie Martin. She thinks they moved to Austin. She was young & doesn’t remember too much. The couple’s lawyer took care of the adoption.
