My mother gave birth to a daughter in 1978 on March 17th. I had the adoption agency info at one time but that became a dead end due to the Amgen year closing down sometime over ther years. My mother passed away 7 years ago and this is all the info I have, our mother’s name was Vicki Leah Brumfield until she married. Galveston County, TX was when my half sister would have been adopted from and I believe her father’s name was Glenn Settles, I’m not sure of the last name but first name was definitely Glenn. I believe my half sister was named Amber.
