My sister was taken by cos in Houston Texas. My mom Wendy Hapney lost all rights. My sister was adopted in 2013 from what the cos case worker told me. My sisters name was HANNAH ELIZABETH ELMORE. She was born in April of 2006. Between the 15th and the 20th. She was taken by cps in 2009. I was 17 and pregnant with my first daughter when she was taken. My name is Amber Hapney I am Hannah’s oldest sister. She is 18 years old. I have been waiting until she was 18 to look for her. My mother (her biological mother) passed away January of 2022.
