I may have been born on February 23,1968 as per the Texas birth records although my birth certificate says August 22, 1968. I’ve been told my adoption was handled by a private attorney. My parents did not live in Texas, they travelled there to adopt me. I’m looking to learn more about my birth parents, my background and whether I have siblings. I’m also on ancestry. Thank you.
