I was born 12/18/89 in San Antonio Texas.. I Believe My Original Name Was Marcos Diaz. After my grandma died i was taken into foster care at the age of 5 or 6 and adopted at age of 9. I’m searching for my mother/any family member from San Antonio who knows of me that was taken at a early age in 1994/1995. Only thing I got to take with me that was part of my family was a Pure Gold Ring With my last name Diaz On it when I was 5 or 6. I’ve tried to get my original birth certificate unlocked from the courts in San Antonio but they do not return my calls or they keep transferring g me and no response, also due to me living in Utah it makes it hard for me to just walk into the courts and get help. If any one can help I would be forever debted to you. Thank you.
