I was born on 11/26/1969 in Houston, Texas. My uncle, Houston attorney Bob Vickers (deceased) arranged a private adoption for his brother, Gene Vickers. I was told that my father may possibly have had the name of Cordray, but might have been killed in a boating accident a few years later. Also that he may have had an advanced degree such as a P.H.D., was tall, and may have been tall. The idea that my adoptive mother had was that he had an affair with a secretary, possibly a Janice or Janet White. I was born with a cardio septa mitral valve defect and not expected to live but I did just fine. These are all the details I have.
