I am looking for my birth parents. I was adopted and moved to New Jersey, and my adopted parents are still a very big part of my life and I love them very much. However I was recently diagnosed with a serious neurological disorder and am doing this in an attempt to uncover familial medical history that may help me understand what is on the horizon and what I can do to avoid other medical issues in the future.
