Emiliano Victor Alfaro was born on a leap year on February 29‚ 2008. He was adopted along with little sister Lilliana Danielle Alfaro who was born November 15‚ 2008 at 11:40pm. Their father is Daniel Alfaro born 7/26/77. I Gloria Ann Rodriguez born 10/02/81. There was a open adoption with letter to &from us for 6 mths to help steady our hearts & minds that the right family had adopted them. Child Protected Services made it to hard for any family to adopt them & I jumped every hurdle they had me jump hut the lied cheated & kept denying our families from getting our children. We will never live in peace without our long lost children Milo & Lilly.
