Taylor Rae-Lynn Chapman was adopted out through Child Protective Services. She was adopted out to an African American family in Lubbock Texas. My friend Jennifer Harvey was working in a Golden Corral when Taylor came in with her adopted family. The family wouldn’t allow anything other than a hug, but she was positive Taylor recognized her. Taylor has two sisters Jessica and Jalyssa who are 27 and 26 respectively. Taylor will be 18 on July 23 2018. She would know me, her mother, as Renee which is my middle name. My full name is Charlin Renee Anderson. We lived in Amarillo Texas when she was taken from me by Child Protective Services.
