Looking for my younger brother who was adopted sometime in 2012 roughly. Have not been able to get much information from the very few family that would have any. This is the information I do know though... Our grandmother Sandra Pelath got them out of foster care after dealing with the courts in Texas for probably almost a year give or take & shortly thereafter located the next of kin for his brother Dominik (who was in foster care with him) in Baltimore‚ Maryland. Then from what I’m told found a family (unsure if they are related to us or not) to take him in. Was told they adopted him ( at some point) and changed his last name. His original name was Austin Pelath‚ His fathers name was William (Bill) Pelath & his mothers name is Heather "Noel". I am his other brother‚ we share the same father. We have an aunt (fathers sister) Deborah Toinett (Toni) Pelath whom we were living with immediately prior to them being placed in foster care temporarily. Again pretty sure he is still currently in Texas.
