I am searching for a sister that I just found out I had. My mother Mary Lou Hernandez says she gave her up when she was born on September 04, 1989. Her birth name was Tiffany Hernandez but was adopted by a nurse at Alice Regional Hospital In Alice, Texas where Tiffany was born at. Tiffany Is half Hispanic half African American. I don’t know if they kept her name the same or they had it changed after the adoption. My mom does not remember much just the signing of the paperwork. She just remembers it was to a nurse or lady there in Alice, Texas who was a nurse in the Alice Regional Hospital before it got changed to Spohn hospital.
