Looking for 1/2 brother. Mother: Virginia Lee Huff. Father: Howard Monroe both formerly of College Station‚ Texas. My mom was a teen and went to an unwed mother’s home in San Antonio to have the baby. Baby was adopted out 1967- about. The home was run by nuns. It later burned down with all the documents. He may possibly be living in N Texas or Oklahoma. This is all the info I have.
