My adopted sister joined our family around late 2000-early 2001. I am searching on behalf of her for any of her blood relatives. Her mother’s name was recorded as Felicia Flores and the adoption was in Texas, maybe near Houston, which is where we lived at the time. We were told her birth name was either Felicia or Priscilla and her birth father was possibly in prison, but I am unsure of the accuracy of this information. She is of hispanic ethnicity.
