Hello, I am looking for my adopted 1/2 sister. I’ve been on 2 DNA websites hoping to find a match, but have not been successful. My hope is that she is interested in meeting up! My father Steven Uschak had a daughter adopted in 1969 or so. I think the date of birth was Oct 18 1969. I think her mothers name was Sally. I am not sure if he was listed on the birth certificate or not. I think the birth was in or near Austin, Texas. I believe my 1/2 sisters birth name was Issaca. My father told me that she contacted him several years (decades??) ago via phone to obtain medical information regarding the birth of her children. I am hopeful she is willing to meet up with me! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
