My mother gave birth to twins in June of 1974 or 1975 at Jefferson Davis Hospital in Houston‚ TX. Although a nurse told her that she could hear the babies moving inside before labor‚ and she heard them cry when they came out‚ the doctor told her that her babies died. She didn’t get to take their bodies home or to a funeral home for burial and she never received any death certificates. The hospital burned in 2013. She believes her babies were stolen from her and maybe sold on the black market as that was big during that time. If my twin brothers are out there‚ we’d love to meet you! They would have been born around June 14th in 1974 or 1975.
