My grandmother met my mother's bio father at fort walters in Mineral Wells‚ Texas. We were told he was training there for war. I don't know when he left for war Mom was born in May of 1945. My grandmothers name was Esther Johnston. We were told bio grandfather was killed before mother was born. (truth/unknown) We were given the name of Lee Green by an aunt‚ another name of Crabtree.
