My mother’s maiden name was Noel which was 15 yrs old when she had to put her son/ my brother up for adoption. I was told she went through Edna gladney center, but the place had burnt down and records were destroyed. My brother and sisters have confronted her about finding him, and she is not opposed, but is scared of the reaction he may give. My mother has kept a box of the belongings she possessed during her stay at Edna gladney including a small baby blanket she knitted for him and several other things. She was unable to send with her child due to it being a closed adoption. PLEASE help me find out who he is.
