Looking for birth parents. My ammended birth certificate has a birth date of 9/30/1968. I was born in Houston Tx. I was premature my weight was 4 lbs 11 oz. The hospital may have been Memorial Northwest and Dr Thomason may have been involved with by birth and/or adoption. I was told my Birth Mother was a very young girl. My adoption records are sealed in Harris County.
