I was born in Lufkin TX at Woodland Heights Hospital and delivered by a Dr. Mcvicker MD. The adoption was apparently pre-arranged because my adoptive parents were Clarence Ray Smith and Jessie Walker Smith got me when I was 4 days old. Their Pastor Rev. Freeze from Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church in Lufkin, Texas interviewed and ok’d them to be fit parents for the adoption. The case file# is 10185 but is a sealed file. I went before the Judge 18years ago and he would not open the file. I later was told that the Birth mother’s name was Mary Jo Chambers, but have never been able to find out if that was really true. I have been having several health issues and would like to find out anymore information before it is too late!
