ISO spouses birth family. He is caucasian, blonde hair with blue eyes born 01/22/1972 at 11:33pm in Methodist Hospital on Colorado in Dallas, TX. He was adopted BEFORE birth (we think, but not 100% sure). We don’t know if his biological mother even got to see him before he was handed to his adoptive parents. It was a closed adoption. Legal representation was by Joe B. Brown Jr., he was delivered by Dr. L.D. Lind. We have no information about the biological mother, father or family. He was adopted by Ressie Clarence (RC) and Carol Sue Quinn of Mesquite, TX. We’ve been searching for several years now. Needing family medical history AND want to know if he’s an only child or has siblings, nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents, etc. Also wants/needs to know biological mother and father. Any information or help would be appreciated.
