Bailey was born in Methodist Hospital in Houston Texas Dr Terry (?) this was the birth name given by adopting parents‚ Bailey had an older sister also adopted‚ the agency was Adoption Information and Refferal Services off HWY 59 Charlotte Duncan Wagoneer. This was a very hard and sad situation for me as I was not able or capable of becoming a parent and the situation of the father was not known from a forced sexual experience resulting in pregnancy and I was living with parents that wanted me to not have the child. I sought a loving alternative and was heartbroken but believed I made the best choice. Texas is very strict with Laws and even though I participated in the Texas Minnesota Adoption Study for 10 years‚ I still was not able to find any information. I have kept my address on file with the state of Texas adoption registry since 1983 and now live in Arlington Texas and have two children so Bailey has 2 half siblings. My desire has always been to have a relationship with Bailey if he wanted to. I was told one small detail a few years back that broke my heart that Bailey’s Mom died of brain Cancer when he was a teenager which so is very sad. There are health conditions I would be very willing to share and my total respect Bailey’s for privacy is a huge concern my family and my children know that I have had a child and looked and prayed for him since the day I chose to hand him to the life I could not give him.
