I’m looking for more information on Bessie Ann Carter‚ my grandfather’s mother‚ who was adopted by William ’Tommy’ Carter and Bessie Carter near Myra or Gainesville‚ Texas. Because she was adopted I have no way of knowing about her. I learned she may have had a brother as well. The only lead I have said that her/their birth mother‚ may have died giving birth to the brother‚ or when they were young. And Tommy and Bessie adopted the girl‚ Bessie only... That is all I know.. Any information on her and her birth family would be helpful. Thank you.
