My name is Debbie or Deborah Moore. I was born in McAllen TX on May 23‚ 1961. I was born at 12:04am and weighed 4lbs and a few ounces. Was told that birth mother might have been from Pharr‚ Texas. I was adopted by Louis Moore and Doris Vines (Moore). I lived at 1501 Harvey Dr and my doctor was Forrest Fitch. I have been given a few details but not many. One is that my biological mother was either a musician or possibly a dancer. The other is that her name might be Betty or Elizabeth‚ again this is really unknown. I believe my parents knew my birth mother. Not sure about that. When I was taken to the home of my adopted parents on May 26th‚ there was a package on the driveway that said "for the new baby". I am now 62 years old and every one of my family members (mother‚ father‚ sister‚ grandmother and grandfather are now gone from this world. I am ready to find my roots. I don’t want to upset anyone‚ I would just like to know where I came from and who do I look like. I attended the University of Texas at Austin and received a bachelor’s degree in music. I spent 29 years as a choir director. I have been retired for 10 years.
