My biological father, Robert Pettis Hayward, had a daughter named, Kira, with Kobi Thompson/Dixon (we are unsure on her last name) on August 31, 2006. I saw my sister one weekend when she was a baby in November 2006. They lived in Texas at the time of Kira’s birth but split up within a year. After they split, Kira was adopted by Kobi’s aunt and uncle in either Kentucky or Tennessee. It’s been thirteen years since I’ve last seen her and I want more then anything to find her and build the relationship we could have had together.
