Her last known name was Anahi Aceituno. She was adopted/fostered by a white couple. They have family in Canada & in Mexico. She was born in Holy Family Services Birth Center Weslaco Tx! We have a book with her adopted/fostered parents information & photos but they include no names. They foster(ed) severed handicapped children. They cut a ribbon in one of the pictures for a New Children’s Unit. My mom was still in pain, drugged, & didn’t know ANY English only Spanish, she signed the papers without knowing!! We just want to know she’s okay.
