I’m looking for my little brother, he was born July 30, 2003 in Fort Worth TX. I’m not sure exactly when he was adopted but I last saw him when he was 10 months old so I believe he was about to or had just turned 1 year old at the time of the adoption. He had light blonde hair and blue eyes. His birth name is Jeremiah Gene Hampton but I believe his name was possibly changed to Matthew and last name starting with an R.
