I was adopted through a religious affiliated adoption agency (I think Baptist or Methodist) in Fort Worth, Texas. It might also have been Dallas. I remember my adoptive parents talking about their contact there "Miss Rita". I am also told I was in the hospital for pneumonia soon after birth. The hospital listed on my birth certificate is Methodist Hospital and I’m told my birth mother was from Plano, TX, but I’m not sure any of this info is wholly accurate.
