My father in law was Randy Frank. Born in Ft. Worth‚ TX. We were always told his father was his biological father but his mother adopted him. Randy’s father was John L. Frank. His mother was Barbara (Harvey) Frank. We’re trying to trace family history‚ and this is the missing piece‚ if the story is true. Randy passed in January 2010. Thanks to anyone that can help.
