I was born in Dallas, Dallas County, on July 29th, 1983. Birth weight, 8 lb, 9 oz, length 21". Unsure of hospital. I was adopted through Catholic Counseling Services in Dallas. My adoptive parents first saw me on September 2nd, 1983. Final date of adoption was April 26th, 1984. The only details I know of my birth mother is she was a 21year old college student from Dallas. No info on birth father.
