I am helping my best friend find his birth parents. He was born on December 10, 1979 in Texarkana, Bowie County, Texas. We do not know if this was a state or private adoption. The story is a little complicated because he was adopted three times. Yes, three. What’s hard about this is that we cannot ask his original adoptive family about the process taken to get him.
