I am searching for my little brother who was adopted when he was about 3 or 4 years old. I don’t know a lot about him because my dad never talks about him or what led to his adoption and I have no idea where the mother of my little brother is. What I know is that the adoption took place in Waco, Texas or somewhere in the surrounding county of McLennan. His mother’s name is Eva Ortega or Eva Proctor and his father’s name is Jerry Petty. I have tried social media but have had no luck because I’m sure his name was changed but his birth name was Tracy Jo Ray Petty. I don’t want to intrude on his life in any way I just want to make sure he grew up happy, healthy, and loved. I of course would love to meet him and get to know him but only if he is willing and accepting.
