This is the only picture I have of my daughter my father took when we were in FLOW Memorial Hospital in Denton TX in February 1983 I was 14, Kelly Arlene Franklin daughter of Linda and Daniel E Franklin we lived in Cross Roads outside of Aubrey Texas. I attended Aubrey school in 1982 I was raped and and had a baby girl that year after my birthday at Flow memorial hospital delivered by Dr Rampoldi by Emergency C section. I was told today to try to contact an attorney Ron Phillips of Denton Texas that may have done the adoption and to check with Lutheran Adoption Services in Fort Worth Texas. Who ever was in charge of adoptions that at that time knew a Preacher and his wife that did not have children were picked and that they had a family member a parent dying of cancer that gave them the inheritance to pay for the adoption in Fort Worth Texas. I do not have any information other than what I have been told but my baby girl was sent home in a crochet baby blanket made by my great Grandmother Grandma lacey. along with a letter from me, information to get ahold of my family and some pictures and medical information. This was supposed to have been an open adoption and I have never to date received anything. The only thing I have had was this picture my dad took. All the information on the adoption and dates were lost when he died and I never have been able to get successful information. My parents said that she may or may not have been told and it was what they felt best. I will remain hopeful I had her February 1983 and in 1987 she had a sister that was kidnapped and I found her when she was 19. I would like to find her or the family that adopted her. My health is declining and I would love to find her and know about her if she is still alive. I never stopped loving her and know my parents did what they thought was best for us both.
