I know her name at birth was Danielle‚ I know her birth mom’s name was Annette Arlene Brewer who was from Indiana. I just found our other siblings and we are all now looking for given name of Danielle. She was born in Fort Worth Texas at John Peter Smith Hospital and our biological father said Danielle was adopted in Texas by a family in Louisiana‚ her mother put her up for adoption with out the father’s knowledge until after the fact.
