This was a closed adoption. She was born in San Antonio, Tx in Bexar county. My adopted grandparents used an agency not sure which one. Lutheran I believe. They had to wait a month to come and get her after she was adopted because the husband to the woman who birthed my mom had to sign papers to release the baby for adoption. He was in the military and not around.
