I’m searching for my little brother who was adopted at birth. He was born in Texas possibly on February 4th between 1982-1983. The hospital was off of the Central Express Way.‚ exit #190. Possibly Lakeland Regional Hospital or Baylor Hospital. (Liberty County) or somewhere North of Dallas. I do not have his exact date of birth. His birth Mother’s name was at the time: Cynthia Ann (Hale‚ Lone or Sutherlin). He was probably taken to Georgia by his adoptive parents. I’ve taken a DNA tests through Anserty.com and 23&Me.
